• Design, implement, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Go.
• Work with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA) to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Build scalable, performant, and reliable microservices.
• Implement RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services as needed.
• Work with databases (both SQL and NoSQL), ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code; perform code reviews.
• Debug, profile, and optimize code for concurrency, performance, and resource management.
• Stay up to date with best practices in Golang, backend architecture, cloud services, and related technologies.
• Help define and enforce coding standards and guidelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  experience.
• Proven experience in Go (Golang) for backend development, especially in
  building APIs / microservices.
• Strong understanding of Go’s concurrency model (goroutines, channels,
  sync etc.).
• Experience with REST/gRPC.
• Database experience: SQL (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (e.g.
  MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Good problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work in a team, but also self-driven when needed.
• Strong communication skills.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of containerization / orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to performance profiling, caching, message queues etc.
