Roles and responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive at Repute, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Providing excellent customer service and support to clients
- Building and maintaining a sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials
- Attending industry events and conferences to network and generate new business leads
- Conducting sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Providing regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management
- Working with the project management team to ensure successful delivery of client projects
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing
- Managing and updating the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on clients and sales opportunities
- Providing feedback to the product development team on client needs and market trends
- Identifying areas for process improvement and working with senior management to implement changes
